Villa “Silent Corner” is a newly opened spacious guest house in the village of Resilovo, Sapareva Banya Municipality.
The area is full of landmarks. Nearby are the Rila Lakes, Skakavitsa Waterfall, Bistritsa Waterfall, Otovitsa Hut, Rila Monastery, the village of Bosnek, and Ivan Rilski’s first cave. You can visit Sapareva Banya (only 3 km away). The town is known for its unique mineral water — among the hottest in Europe — and the only geyser fountain on the Balkans.

Villa “Silent Corner” is a newly opened spacious guest house in the village of Resilovo, Sapareva Banya Municipality.
The house spans four floors and offers incredible views, a peaceful atmosphere, and every modern comfort.
Accommodation is for 10+6 guests across 5 bedrooms and a living area, with 3 bathrooms.
The first floor has 2 double rooms; one also includes a sofa bed for two. A shared bathroom with bath and WC serves both rooms.
The second floor offers a modern open living area with fireplace, dining space, TV, corner sofa with table, and a fully equipped kitchen; a wide terrace with BBQ; plus a bathroom with bath and WC.
Third floor: 2 double rooms, one with a sofa bed for two; a shared bathroom with bath and WC and a shared terrace for both rooms.
The 4th floor has a charming room with bunk beds, ideal for 2 children (or, if needed, two adults), with a terrace.
Rooms are comfortably furnished with TV, air conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, side tables, wardrobes, shelves, and desks.
Winter heating is provided by the fireplace and air conditioning units.
Year-round you can enjoy our outdoor 6-person hot tub.
Four mopeds are available to rent so you can make the most of your free time.

- Security deposit at check-in
- A refundable deposit of €178.96 / BGN 350 is required at check-in. It is returned after the rental period ends. If damage occurs, the deposit may be refunded partially or withheld. Holding the deposit does not limit the hosts’ right to claim compensation up to the full amount of damage.
